Sometimes when you hit your leg hard enough you get a massive lump just belwo or above your knee that looks like another kneecap. It happened to me a few times skating, and once jumping off my shed.

I used to jump off my friends roof onto his trampoline then straight onto his shed, and once i went over the shed. That hurt so bad, I'm surprised I didn't break anything.

I jumped off a ten or twelve foot high roof onto a trampoline and hurt myself. I landed funny and hurt my back.

I already have that. My knees are messed up. I have um OS is the short form.. i cant even dream of spelling what its called. something slater.
