Yeah I did The Zen Of Screaming warmups when I was the singer for my old band and it did wonders. I'm a zillion times better now.

Yeah, I am using them too, I have noticed an improvement in my power falsetto range even though I feel like a retard with the open face/scrunchy face crap, it does work!!!:p

It doesn't matter what you are doing specifically, its really the cd of warm ups that helped me, not the dvd. It strengthens your voice like lifting weights does for your arms etc, it'll make you so much better, its nuts.

where can i get said cd? i need some better breathing techniques as my screams don't last very long as of right now because i use a shitton of breath at the beginning.

I'll try to upload the warmup cd tomorrow if you want, or you could search the internet for The Zen Of Screaming DVD which comes with the cd. I swear by this thing dude, its that good.
