I eat as much as I can at a time which is really not much and then I'll be full as **** and then 2 hours later I'll be starving again. So I eat a bunch of small meals a day.

hm i was 137 6 months ago and ive just been eating 4 or 5 meals a day, drinking protein drinks, and working out constantly and ive put on nearly 50lbs since then

From what I've seen this is true. They are crazy and they will take all of their problems out on [B]you[/B].
