ok, dont play bass as much as | used to...there is NOTHING but "punk" bands around here, been playing alot of magic tg, and working at quiznos. all time that isnt spent at school or at work is with my girlfriend.

quite alot. We've had a few people leave (about a month ago a whole load of people were making threads saying they are leaving mx, but then after a week most of them came back)

LR is back, then Gav (IoPlayoBasso) started the Pineapple hit squad up again, then him and some other people got banned for 3 days, the server has been crashing loads on mx and they've taken away the Search function to help the server.

All the usuals are still here apart from a few vets that have left

its been...4 months.

gaslight, |m plaiing a contol phychatog deck, and my second deck is an oversold cemitary deck, | dont play with any cards printed after 8th edition..| hate the new look...| only use 2 card from it, and thts pushing it. :-p

Ah cool, what colour decks are those?

I'm way out of the loop by now, I was never actually very good :lol:.

I use to try out a bunch of decks but Green was my favourite. I even tried to get by with an all Blue deck once, it would have been a good deck but I remember I didn't have the right cards to actually do it.

I wonder if there could be a music-related TCG. Battle Of The Bands or something lol.

GCSE's are piss easy Jamie, well by piss easy i mean easier than expected. At least they were when i took them. Just wait for the A levels, the workload is huge!

But i've got a really really bad cold, but i got the Bloc Party album finally so that's made me feel a bit better :thumb:

well my first exam is 17th of may... and they finish 17th june for me.

It will be even less than that if my school is getting study leave. (I find it tomorrow if we do or not)

Yeah, they are really easy. Im luckily one of those persons who doesnt get worried about exams. Like with my mocks I would just take my time walking to school then stroll into the exams. But not all nervous.

You don't need to revise anywhere near as much as they make out, i started revising about 2 weeks before the study leave aka 4 weeks befor the actual exams, and managed to come out of it with 3 A*'s, 4 A's and the rest B's :thumb: Good luck with them everyone!

Lots, one in every subject you do...

Plus this year i've got loads for my AS levels at least 8 for the 5 subjects i take, same again next year for the A levels. then there's university :rolleyes: yey!

i used to play magic too.

i havent in a while tho. i used to be in a 40-card deck league. that was fun.

i ran a morph beast deck, with a root elemental (7/4 i think, morph, put any creature card in play from your hand with face-up) and child of gaea (7/7 regenerate). It was an awesome trump combo. I kicked *** every time.

Loads of my friends are bricking themselves and have started revising 3 hours a night... Thats just stupid! I never revised at all for my mocks and came out with mainly Bs and Cs. Im predicted two A's (in ICT and Food) and the rest B's.

Should be a piece of cake really :)


Then im off to college to do a BTEC national Music Practice course in bass.

Then im off to Glamorgan uni to do a 5 year masters degree in sound engineering! :D (hopefully at glamorgan though, wintermute goes there too and he says its really good)


What you doing in your education?

I did so little study for my final exams.

I knew I didn't need to get any particular score because I was accepted into Australian Institute Of Music before my mock exams took place :lol:. Never have I had an excuse to not have to study.

my predicted grades are cs and ds but in the mocks i got an A* 2 As and the rest Bs. im more worie about course work, pluss iv got 11 ****ing subjects to revise

:lol: I got kicked off my GCSE Food Tech course (it was a compulsory subject i didn't take it because i like it) for telling the teachers to bugger off. it was fair enough though, she was teaching us the entirely wrong course and just was generally a bitch. She made us do a test on our very last day in school! When i wasn't even on the course anymore! :upset:

I didn't, i did however get her under investigation (she was made redundant because of it, not that i wanted her to it was the schools choice) as she was teaching us the entirely wrong thing...
