I own almost all of their albums minus maybe four..Im yet to hear them trying to change THAT much...ill admit there is a bit of a change on dance of death but...*stares*

I said that when Maiden started their sound and what they did was quite new and original.
These days it's just the same thing over and over. They haven't really evolved or changed, just more wailing vocals and guitar solos.

i've got a lot of their albums as well.

But, see that doesn't completely work becasue many argue that the Black Album was the best (even though it was Master of Puppets) and that's Bob Rock's album.

Just my opinion, though I'm sure many agree.
I don't hate Metallica for no reason, I hate them because they suck now.
