I've been sleeping for most of the day. I didn't get up until noon, and then I took a nap from 4:00 - 5:30. I hate being sick.
Won't bed be warm though?
Not immediately... I had a quick feel before and it's freezing. I turned on the heater as well so my room is slowly warming up. I might go after this song's (JEW - Polaris) over, actually.

Thanks. I have five shows next week, and they'll be much more fun if I'm healthy.

Permanent Solution 11-11-2005 09:21 PM

Five? Dayumn.

I have Thrice the 19th and maybe the 20th too if I feel like it, and I play on the 22nd, but that's it till after Thanksgiving break.

Mute Print 11-11-2005 09:28 PM

I still have six shows left before Thanksgiving...

11/15 - My American Heart/A Change Of Pace/Greeley Estates
11/16 - Alexisonfire/A Wilhelm Scream/The Receving End Of Sirens
11/17 - Bury Your Dead/Terror/Scars Of Tomorrow/August Burns Red
11/18 - Boy Sets Fire/The Fall Of Troy/The Sleeping
11/19 - Matchbook Romace/Armor For Sleep/Gatsby's American Dream/Lovedrug
11/23 - It Dies Today/Still Remains/Scars Of Tomorrow/Bullet For My Valentine

Permanent Solution 11-11-2005 09:33 PM

Hmm, most of those aren't hugely appealing to me (like Thrice is), but I'd see most of em, mainly for openers. ACoP, AWS, AFS, SR

Mute Print 11-11-2005 09:36 PM

A Wilhelm Scream is going to be awesome. It's my third time seeing them in as many months.

It Dies Today will be insane, because they're one of the biggest bands to come out of this area in a while, and they're playing here the night before Thanksgiving. I'm guessing it will sell out.

cbmartinez 11-11-2005 09:57 PM

Dane Cook was ridiculous.

Gotta love your random posts. Always something good in them :).

I'm downloading With Love And Squalor by We Are Scientists. I don't usually listen to indie music, but I saw these guys last night with Hot Hot Heat, and they were amazing.

War All The Time is one of my favorite Thursday songs.

Jared, if it doesn't go away soon I would suggest a doctor. Even if it will cost money.
Jared, if it doesn't go away soon I would suggest a doctor. Even if it will cost money.
I don't have any money though. I'm in the hole. My parents would cover me, but their insurance is picky about who they cover. Technically I'm an independent, not a dependent, so they don't want to cover me.

Mute Print 11-11-2005 11:26 PM

Maybe try not smoking for a day or two, and see if that helps. Even taking a break from exercising could help, even though that doesn't necessarily seem logical.

I do drink a lot of water. Milk, too.

Heh, you could always try the second option I posted:

I have to exercise though. That's part of my OCD thing, apparently. It keeps me from getting overly-hostile.

Mute Print 11-11-2005 11:32 PM

Well you said you work out constantly, so maybe try slowing it down a little bit at least.

(or cut back on the smoking) :p

I don't really have any ideas beyond that. It seems to be a bit of a unique situation.

CrimbleVan 11-11-2005 11:32 PM

as I am just entering this conversation, may i be informed as to what is occurring... i'm to lazy to scroll down...

Jared, I'm not sure what to suggest then. When I'm not hungry (which is often) my mom just forces me to eat.

Brandon, I just thought I'd let you know my plan for educating people about emo. I was going to post this in the MCR thread but it was closed (as it should have been). Anywhere here it is:
Next time I hear someone misuse the term "emo", I'll pull out my iPod and play some Hot Cross for them. Or maybe even some Saetia. That should shock them a bit.

Something like Jerome's Dream would probably make them go insane.
I know it's totally irrelavent to the conversation going on in here, but I think it's a decent plan. :p

That sucks. Most people cut back a lot when school started.

Edit: Brian: Ha, I'd like to check out Jerome's Dream sometimes, they sound interesting.
