Okay, now you've got me.

Time to sift through torrents...

Pazz 02-10-2006 10:41 PM

I don't have slsk. Why are you avoiding AIM?

I will try and get some of them off of Spence.

Get it nub. I'm avoiding some people who mainly communicate with me via AIM. Just for a bit though, to let things cool off. Lets just say Wednesday was a very very bad day and I freaked out a lot and so did other people and I'm just keeping a safe distance for a few days :)

I'll be on tomorrow or Sunday for a bit at the least though I'd think, and then as usual by Monday probably.

Pazz 02-10-2006 10:53 PM

Leave yourself on away on Sunday so I can get the website for your radio station.

Permanent Solution 02-10-2006 10:55 PM

Ok, I can do that. It should be sweet, you guys all better be listening :p

Especially if we don't have a set list again, I hope we don't :D

Mebbe <_<

I'll see what I can do O:-)

Adam: Of the bands I listen to on your list...they're some of my least favorite Ska bands :-\ Not a big fan of two-tone.

Mute Print 02-10-2006 11:04 PM

Out of the bands on Adam's list that I listen to, the only one I really like is the Slackers.

On your lists Vince, I think I've heard all but one band.

Pazz 02-10-2006 11:04 PM

Woo, it's my birthday now.

Excursions 02-10-2006 11:04 PM

There is like 5 two tone, 6 first wave, 3 3rd wave. So YOU ARE WRONG.

1st wave>2nd wave>>>>>>>3rd wave
Out of the bands on Adam's list that I listen to, the only one I really like is the Slackers.

I don't listen to ska often, only Toots.

Yay 4 Matt. Ur noew a man.

Mute Print 02-10-2006 11:05 PM

Happy Birthday Matt! :)

Ouch, my undergroundness disappears :(

Adam: Meh, I've not heard any 1st wave I don't think. Who are the other 3rd wave besides Pietasters (who Im not big on)?

Happy bday Matteo.

Excursions 02-10-2006 11:08 PM

Hepcat and The Slackers are third wave in era but not sound.

Mute Print 02-10-2006 11:09 PM
Ouch, my undergroundness disappears :(
:p

The only band I've never heard of is Captain Squeegee and the Soapsuds. The rest I listen to or at least have heard of.

Edit - I'm seeing the Slackers in a couple weeks. Should be fun.

Permanent Solution 02-10-2006 11:11 PM
Hepcat and The Slackers are third wave in era but not sound.
Oh, psh. Sound is more pertinent than era.

Brian: Heheh, that was my "cheat" band. They're one of the biggest local ska bands, so I figured anyone who clamed to know all of them would have to be lying :)

NP: The Aquabats! - Playdough

Pazz 02-10-2006 11:11 PM

Thanks Adam, Brian and Vince.

Excursions 02-10-2006 11:13 PM

I <3 the Aquabats. Especially the old stuff (when they still used horns).

NE: PB&J

Pazz 02-10-2006 11:17 PM

I could go for some Peanut Butter and Honey on toast right now. I'm starving.

Mute Print 02-10-2006 11:18 PM

I haven't heard much old Aquabats. I only have Charge!! and The Fury Of The Aquabats!

Edit - I just found someone on Soulseek with a huge ska collection :D

Permanent Solution 02-10-2006 11:18 PM

That would be good...but I have no toaster or honey. :-\

I'll be eating like three of these though, I'm so hungry. I think because I didn't eat like all week.

B-ran slsk! Get return of the aquabats.

Mute Print 02-10-2006 11:19 PM

Heh, I didn't realize what NE stood for at first.

Permanent Solution 02-10-2006 11:45 PM

Way to kill the thread Brian.

PS I have my EYT if you're still around.

Mute Print 02-10-2006 11:47 PM

I'm still here.

Permanent Solution 02-10-2006 11:49 PM

Mute Print 02-10-2006 11:52 PM

I have it saved now, so you can edit it out.

Thanks Vince. :)

Excursions 02-10-2006 11:53 PM

OMG I seen it.

Permanent Solution 02-10-2006 11:53 PM

No problem. I love doing them :D

I'd do two, but then I'll run out sooner, so I'll just wait till next week :p

Adam: Shoosh.

El Coyote 02-10-2006 11:58 PM
