I'm more of a dog man, but any loss of a pet really sucks, I don't think people realise how much pets become part of the family.

And White, Kat rocks.

I heard a place called a 'Record Store' has albums.

Undisco Kidd 02-14-2007 06:58 PM
I heard a place called a 'Record Store' has albums.
Nah, they don't have full albums though.

They usually only have about 3/4 a cd.

MattMarlow 02-14-2007 07:04 PM

I use a russian download site, they have different copyright laws, so it's usually a dollar or two to download an entire album. personally i use allofmp3.com but their are others. Their legality is dodgy, so if you're worried about that sorta thing, research them first.

I wonder what 26 inch Ride Hats would sound like, hmmm...

Might need to have some powered hat stand to make sure it's lifted

Undisco Kidd 02-14-2007 07:12 PM

I get 90 song downloads off of emusic a month for 20 bucks, regardless of length.

mysticalyeti 02-14-2007 07:25 PM

torrents, lol

Sunshine 02-14-2007 07:31 PM

Pssh, $20 a month is a ripoff unless you can seriously find enough to download all the time.

Or at least 2 CDs a month, the kind that don't cost $7.

I'd give you plus rep if I could. What a great site.

Undisco Kidd 02-14-2007 07:40 PM

I think they raised their prices though. They just picked up some bigger labels (Victory, etc) so it's costing them a little bit more. Maybe 80 for 20 now.

double stroke roller 02-14-2007 07:42 PM

These aren't downloads that expire are they? I've heard of some sites like that.

Undisco Kidd 02-14-2007 07:43 PM

These are 100% pure mp3s.

double stroke roller 02-14-2007 07:47 PM

It's time to get an ipod like device...I sorted through all my cds today, what a pain.

Josiah 02-14-2007 07:49 PM

word, ipods are awesome.

Undisco Kidd 02-14-2007 07:49 PM

You should definitely join eMusic.

You get 25 free songs when you join, whether you keep the membership or not. Thats like, atleast 2 free cds.

(also I get 50 free songs when you join)

Josiah 02-14-2007 07:51 PM

...just get emule, you get unlimited free downloads of anything digital. i've prob got over 100 gigs from that program alone of music

double stroke roller 02-14-2007 07:51 PM

what info do we need for you to get the free songs?

Sunshine 02-14-2007 07:51 PM

Catch..?

Josiah 02-14-2007 07:52 PM

me? none. emule.org, p2p fsp

Undisco Kidd 02-14-2007 07:53 PM
what info do we need for you to get the free songs?
Whatever it takes to join.

Credit card, I guess.

But they don't bill you until you say 'YES. YES. I WANT TO JOIN'.

There's actually a thing you have to do to confirm that you want to pay money and that your trial period is over.

Undisco Kidd 02-14-2007 07:54 PM

You can afford all of those cars, a display shelf for your bongs, a home theater, yet you have to resort to pirating music?

Nice.

double stroke roller 02-14-2007 07:55 PM

I meant what info do I need to give them so you porkupine get your free cds

Aaron 02-14-2007 07:56 PM

I'm old fashioned. I still buy all my CDs. I like artwork.

Undisco Kidd 02-14-2007 07:57 PM
I meant what info do I need to give them so you porkupine get your free cds
Hmm. It might ask you for a refferer. Let me check.

Josiah 02-14-2007 07:57 PM
I'm old fashioned. I still buy all my CDs. I like artwork.
Haha ya, that's all well and good. Until you need to learn 11 different pop songs for a gig, all of wich are located on different albums. Going to buy 11 different albums to learn the music for the gig? It'd cost you more then the gig pays.

I'd buy albums, if the band got more then 1% of the sale.

This is nuts. Girl in gaint slingshot.

Undisco Kidd 02-14-2007 07:59 PM

If you are seriously planning on doing it, I think I might just need to send you the 'tell a friend' email.

Whats your @?

White Riot! 02-14-2007 07:59 PM
I'm old fashioned. I still buy all my CDs. I like artwork.
I like vinyl for this exact reason. Plus the sound is warm
