Well I'm getting my 360 for Christmas, I'll pay for Live out of my EMA. Although I see prices cutting after Christmas.
|
You get the hard drive too, if I'm not mistaken.
Costs about 341 euros for you folks though. 400$ for us. That 100 dollars more than the standard package. I'm going to wait for about a year to get xbox360, so that they bring down the price a buttload. Or until my xbox breaks, because at least some xbox games are backwards compatible.
£270 We dont work in € we still use £ And it has a harddrive, and xbox live bronze, and some other stuff. |
They will be amazing in terms of how graphics look now, but over time they will get a lot better.
From what I've seen, 360 is good in terms of graphics, but not "next generation". 1.5, not 2.0. Kinda like what Dreamcast was to the ps2 and xbox :p Ps3 looks like it will melt your face off, though. Completely amazing. And the gamecube revolution controller has A LOT of potential. I hope they don't **** it up with bad games. |

I want good stuff for what you pay for it, but I'm not like "Oh well the PS3 will have better graphics, so I'm gonna get one of those instead stupid 260-tard!" I have a little compassion for the Revolution, since we all know it will flop. If it works well, then I congratulate Nintendo for making such a revolutionary machine. But I doubt it will have the games to play on it, and I think all those add-ons for the controller will make it seem very gimmicky. |

Good point, I know. But it still has potential, where the Gamecube didn't really do anything out of the ordinary. Besides being exceptionally lame! (BA-ZING!) A nice quote I read in EGM- "Why does it seem like sony and microsoft listen and diliver what the people want while nintendo tells people what they want or what the industry needs?" |

Have you heard about their online gaming? Instead of a subscription fee like Nintendo and Microsoft are doing, you will have to pay for each individual game online. This means: No online records of your games played, high scores, etc A high cost considering servers. Sony are very VERY sucky when it comes to listening to people. |
That sucks. I like the way it is for PS2. As long as you have the adapter and an internet service, you can play whatever games you want online for free.

Hi kids. Oh shit that reminds me, i must record 'Taggart' for my music homework.
|
Finally found someone on DC++ with a good connection to send me Lost s02e06 after torrents were being gay and the people sending me it on mIRC kept leaving!
This better be worth it! |
You're such a naughty robber, Kif. :p
|
You're such a naughty robber, Kif. :p
Shhhh, besides I know people who do it far worse than me. Someone on DC++ is sharing 700GB of stuff! |
Im realy in the mood to do some graphics.
Past couple of days ive been doing a big drawing of the good mourning album cover, in inks, i hate it, but then, i hate all my work, im gonna be crap at uni because no matter how much someone says my stuff is good, i just hate it, and stuff, my teacher thinks its good to be self criticla though, i go over the top. |
Waking Ashland's I Am For You EP is amazing. I've probably listened to it 20 times over the past couple months.

There's a difference. Post a pic of it up, I wanna see it. |

Someone who can't play games on their PC and doesn't have an Xbox? Either way, PS2 online sucks. I've seen it, it lags like hell |
What you do is self-loathing. There's a difference.
Post a pic of it up, I wanna see it.
I would but its at college. Ands its not self loathing, i just hate it. |
I've been playing Tony Hawk for PS2 online a lot lately. It doesn't lag at all.
The other games I've played online have lagged pretty bad though. |
Socom3 lags like none other.
|
Someone who can't play games on their PC and doesn't have an Xbox?
Either way, PS2 online sucks. I've seen it, it lags like hell
I didn't even know ps2 had online, besides FFXII. Online for xbox. Ps2 is for good games. Everyone know that. |
I didn't even know ps2 had online, besides FFXII.
Online for xbox. Ps2 is for good games. Everyone know that.
Haha, it's called Netplay on PS2 I think. And FFXII is a MMORPG, so that doesn't really count. Xbox has some great games though. A lot are ported from PS2, I suppose, but they have some classics as well. And don't look at me like that, I'm not a Haloholic. |
I didn't even know ps2 had online, besides FFXII.

So I was gonna get a haircut/beard trim today...but it turns out the haircut place is closed. Suck.
I can't play guitar either because the rommate is asleep  |
Is this the same roommate you always complain about? Because if it is, I think you should go ahead and play guitar anyway. :p
