i like sonic 1 but i think it suffers from not having the spin dash or super sonic. best in order:

sonic 2
sonic and knuckles
sonic 3
sonic CD
sonic 1
sonic adventure series

every other sonic game

i liked the first sonic adventure, it was p fun and made me feel nostalgic despite it being 3d

yeah i liked it when it came out. the knuckles levels were gay though i hated all the treasure hunting bs.

Actually beyond the acute phase for a musculoskeletal injury (4 to 6 weeks) physiotherapy does a whole lot of physical fuck all. Remedial massage is more effective from a physical perspective. Physiotherapy is just comforting for people in most cases.
