i was reading about it on wikipedia and it says small doses will **** you up. Apparently chewing it up creates the craziest effects can last over an hour sometimes where as smoking it only lasts about 5 minutes.

i recommend a torch lighter, but you can do it with a regular bic if you never take it off the salvia

The best way to do it is pack a bong and smoke it all to your face in 2 or preferably 1 hit and hold it in as long as possible. If by this point you're still able to pack another bong, then do it asap and or otherwise you should already be tripping nuts

I've watched other people smoke salvia and that made me not wanna do it.

Yeah seriously the key thing you should know about salvia is it usually isn't enjoyable, and the only reason people do it is because it puts you in a different world completely which isn't necessarily as cool as it sounds

It's not that bad. I just fell over and felt as if I was being sucked into the couch. Then I had some recollections of my mom and felt like she was not here, but I still had to obey by her rules.
