Most of mine start on the 21'st (alk3 day)
Big fat bummer.

ALK3 should be good. I'm taking Maybe I'll Catch Fire or Crimson to get signed, and I'll try not to buy any merch.
Yeah, they're really awesome...but don't see them as a support band. The people have to be there for them, otherwise the crowd won't be into it enough and it can suck. I saw them without any openers at all, it was sweet, just like 2+ hours of them.
I honestly can't see TMV supporting anyone at the moment. They are too big in the indie world for that.

That gig must've been sweet, just TMV. My friend was supposed to see them in Spain, but they had to pull out because Cedric damaged his throat or something, so he couldn't sing.

Pazz 11-10-2005 03:18 PM

My exams don't start until January 26th. They finish on January 31st. They finish on a Tuesday and my parents won't be home for that whole week because their going on a trip.

Dead Star 11-10-2005 03:18 PM

I want to go to another Gig soon, but I have no money.

My next one should be T in the Park.

Firecracker 11-10-2005 03:19 PM

I have my mocks, carol service, piano exam and first match for the county in the same week. :-/

Eh, their latest tour was them supporting SOAD. Apparently that went crappily (angsty metal fans don't like jam bands apparently).

 I didn't know he could sing at first (:p)

NP: The Aquabats

Kif 11-10-2005 03:23 PM

Welcome to half an hour ago :D

Last night was so.. hazy.

I was drivin' around in my automobile (cue George Thorogood riff) when I decided to stop by Josh's to see how he and Michelle and the baby were doing. Well, we decided to cruise over to his friend Rachel's place because she said she had a couple bowls for us. The next hour went something like this..

:smoke:
:amaze:
:upset: <--- By this point we were burning out.

To fix that, I drove everyone over to the market, Rachel bought beer and we got smashed.

For some reason or another, Josh and I decided that we wanted to go to Clackamette Park, a good ten miles away. So, off we went. Me barely able to think straight and going 85mph down the freeway. We got there in one piece and then lol'd at being drunk, then we decided to go home.

Angry Balled Fists! 11-10-2005 03:29 PM

LOL

I'm going now, adios.

Pazz 11-10-2005 03:34 PM

Permanent Solution 11-10-2005 03:43 PM

Jared has way too many drunk driving stories to still be alive.

Someone else must have terrible luck to compensate. I bet some kid in perfect health just got terminal cancer or something.

Saves The Day/Emanuel I'm so EXCITED!

Mute Print 11-10-2005 03:54 PM

I wish I would have seen Saves the Day when they came through, but I saw FBTMOF and the Fall of Troy instead, so it's not a big deal.
