Doesn't matter, you're able to set the timings on the forums to whatever zone you live in. Don't worry about it though; we went onto daylight savings a few days ago, and it took a couple of days for the forums to fix themselves (they were an hour ahead of me for a couple of days). So just let them sort themselves out.
