Well when I'm high I can feel the texture of my mouth very clearly and more intune than when I'm not, and I know my senses feel different but I'm too lazy to listen/remember them

The main ingrediant of Midol is ibuprofin.

like almost any other "monthly" medicine, besides the standard painkiller the only other active ingredients are caffeine and a little bit of a diuretic. take an advil and have a cup of coffee, it'll do the exact same thing, since caffeine is a diuretic anyway.
