Yeah, i made a thread in the pit, no care though by the ammount of replys in there :(

silverstone is by far one of the best - and allways good, if you can get through the traffic on race days

Theyve built bigger roads and new moterways now, its not so bad, and all the fields are tarmaced, well some for parking. It was hell last time i went, it took us 4 hours or so to get out of the track.

i try and take public transport (as crap as it can be in england) whenever i go to something like that.

but most things i go to are around london - which to be fair, has pretty good busses and trains.

so wembley for concerts, or london, and twickenham for rugby is easy. its just going to things a little further away

I was gonna go down on a trian next year, how id get to the track i dunno, but im pissed off.

Cheers for the suggestion, is Tottenham Court Road area where Mean Fiddler is located? Thats the purpose of us going, to see 36 crazyfists play (not a big fan, going to learn more + trip to london). If so, thatll make it a lot easier, since we gotta travel from Purely Oakes, god knows how im getting back there midnight on a sunday. London's travel options good on a sunday night?

And Butler, im gutted too about the F1 news. But it was inevitable for a while im afraid. A lot of problems for F1 in England, what was the team who were offering to sell themselves for anything starting from a £1?

Jaguar are up for sale, not for a quid though, im blaming it all on shumi, his dominance meaning lower teams have to spend a LOT more then they usualy would to try and keep up, and fans are egting bored of him and turning off.

erm im not sure - london on a sunday isnt that bad, most shops arent completely closed, just close early. as far as i know trains are usually running, depending on how late obviously, busses finish slightly earlier i think.

Taxi's are convenient, but stupidly expensive in london, and hard to track down on sunday nights - if you can book a car or something, it might be worth doing it.

as far as i can remember, yes it is, i think thats where the nearest tube station is - although iv never actually been to any gigs there
