You guys suck at answering questions. =(
You suck at asking them: How do I make a shimmery sound with my guitar? What the hell? Shimmery like a heatwave or shimmery like light through the leaves? Explain yourself better!
Yes, I was going to buy them. I didn't want anything custom.

But oh well. Now I'm just going to start introducing myself to people I don't know. I've been in a mood to revert back to how I was freshman year, where I made an *** of myself infront of new people and didn't care.
Sometimes I wish I could do that.

Other times I'm glad I'm too socially anxious to make contact with people.

What is it, the black clothing? messy hair? spicstahce? semi-blank stare?

It's a hilarious comparison seeing as I'm edge.
sweet 'stache nick
I don't like it much, wish it'd be more than a spicstache, but without it my face gets cold, same with the chops.

coheneran 02-14-2006 08:12 PM

It's kinda like if El Hefe was white.

And the throat beard is there because I haven't shaved in a couple weeks because I'm lazy

The more I think about SLC Punk, the more I realise how much of a complete misrepresentation of the punk movement and ideals.

Dude, nice beard. You are also much more molier than me, and you look more stoned than Nick. What is it with you people and half-closed left eyes?

ThisUserIsAPipebomb 02-14-2006 08:39 PM

I do look moley as hell in that picture. If hell is in fact, moley.

lmao, that wasn't the question I meant. I have no clue how to epxlain what I mean by shimmery, it's just the only word I could think of. :(

I associate soudns and music with images, so my wasy of decribing things can be weird.

before i knew what a precision bass sounded like, i called the p-bass sound "rail bass." i dont know why the hell i did i guess maybe it sounded like 2 pieces of metal producing a sound.
Everyone watch Harvey Birdman Attorney At Law! It's hilarious!

Cookies on a dowel!

You should smile at people. I started smiling at people when someone Israeli pointed out to me that people in the English activist community never smile at each other, while in Israel people practically have sex from ten feet away from all the smiling. So I started smiling at people, and then they smile at me, and it's nice to spread the love around. It's a bit embarassing at first, but then you get to liking it.
Harvey Birdman is pretty funny. Aqua Teen is also incredible.

I'm not really a smiles person. When I smile it always looks fake and forced. I also walk like 3 times as fast as most people so it wouldn't be worth it anyway. I like my fast-paced-always-look-pissed-off-about-something walk.

Special Brew 02-14-2006 09:43 PM

Man, I'm seriously lacking some typing skills. I messed up almost the entire last sentence on my previous post.

I have that.

RIP Ian Curtis 02-15-2006 12:11 AM

I cruise. Very slowly, with am amicable expression on my face. So I usually look like a stoned hippy wandering aimlessly. One example where appearances are not decieving.

TakeWarning 02-15-2006 02:51 AM

I always walk with an angry expression on my face, to make myself look tough.

Biscuit_box 02-15-2006 03:54 AM

I walk really fast, according to other people and have no expression whatsoever. Some guy calls me general Grevais or something like that 'cause I walk really fast and am quite tall with longer legs than most Irish midgets. I'm a "get from A to B a.s.a.p." kind of person. Especially when there is girls or music involved.

coheneran 02-15-2006 05:12 AM

What about sitting in a train? I can't help but make eye contact with people on the train. I guess it doesn't help that as soon as someone walks into a carriage, I'm the first thing they see (well, 'gape at' is probably more correct).

RIP Ian Curtis 02-15-2006 08:06 AM

why do they gape at you Eran?

This Bike Is A Pipe Bomb are playing in London tommorow, fiver entrance. Hey Joe, if you get the time on Friday, come to the squat in Russell Square between 12 and 3pm. I'll be working in the cafe' and we have some incredible coffee, grown by a tribe in the Chiapas mountain, fair trade of course. Some guy just got kidney failure because he drank too much of it over the weekend. Now THAT'S good coffee.

http://londonsocialcentre.org.uk/

That's the website (it's under construction, so there's only one page with the "manifesto" and the address). The squat is on the NW corner of Russell Square I think. If you go from Russell Square station and walk up towards the Square and keep in a straight line with the station, it's on the far corner (across the road from the British Museum).

Blocked World History? Is that like what we were talking about in the Social Thread? The history of the people who lost/the stuff they don't want you to know they did?

its not, but I would pay to be in such a class. that would be amazing.

all it means is that i have world history for a 2-period block for only one semester.

but wow, what a great class that would be....

Ricky Gervais is awesome. I love the Office. Have you heard his podcast show? It's hilarious.
