not even close. it's not really even dark ambient, more of frosty drones for snowy walks and pretty guitar chords to die to and then that one big tone that sort of makes everything all right but completely perturbs you.

HoneySuckle Æons is okay. Not much stands out.

I had a feeling it would be kind of boring. As much as I like Tibet's work plenty of his stuff just sort of runs together and isn't that distinctive

it has to be better than The Pearceful Snow, though

then there is the collaboration stuff with Hilmar Örn Hilmarsson & Nurse With Wound, [I]Crowleymass[/I] and [I]Island[/I] are great. That Sickness of Snakes album with Coil and Boyd Rice was alright, too
