I recorded w/ my mp3 player awhile ago and it sounded pretty good, just a couple small clips to see what I sound like. I knew I couldn't do lows, so I didn't even try.

Instead of making the ERRRRR sound you do for lows, make a YAAAAAA sound. Just open your mouth as wide and you can, its the same exhale technique as lows (assuming you're doing exhales)
