I was at Hot Topic (i dont know WHY i was there) and I saw a London Calling record and I just thought "I HAVE to get this" My one super-artistic friend is making me a purse out of the Record Cover. This reminds me, I was walking around in downtown Chicago and I spotted an ORIGINAL vinyl of the Clash's s/t. My eyes light up when I saw it, and I must've stared at it for a few minutes from the store window. I had to have it, but I was broke :upset:.

Yeah...I tired to get my friend to listen to "Train In Vain" during history one day. She has the worst taste in music because she likes whatever rap song just came out yesterday. But I figured she might like it because it's one of the more "popy-er" songs.

One time me and my boyfriend were in my room talking about the song "lovers rock" and what it was about and stuff...then my dad walked in halfway through the conversation....It's hard to explain stuff like that to your parents.

Do any of you ever notice that on all of the Clash's live performances (except for the Guns of Brixton, of course) that Paul's voice can't really be heard on the backup vocals?
