Syrus why is your profile picture so big?

I had a certain mod who is a good aquaintance of mine put it there before we were allowed to have profile pics. I didn't take it down (its an old picture) because its so big.

It took far too long for someone to post a thread like this, I totally agree that people throw around "hardcore" far too freely now,

Thankfully Im from Boston and we know our hardcore hahaha thanks to Mental.

Metalcore is becoming as mainstream as pop punk so I have confidence that in time the line between Hardcore/Metalcore will become more defined with breakout bands like Atreyu going mainstream and bringing their metalcore type stuff with them

That is true, but as long as the bands themselves continue to call themselves hardcore, your going to get more and more kids calling metalcore, hardcore.
