My argument is money, I'm a poor 18 year old and when I do get money I buy things that I can use to have fun with my friends and for an extended period of time, not something that's gonna make me TRIP BALLS for an hour and then have no further use for me besides maybe hurting my health.

that makes 0 sense. a video game is fun. a movie is fun. etcetcetc weed/drugs are no different. it's just a form of recreation that's no better or worse than the others. by that train of thought you should only be spending money on things that make you better as a professional, and none on enjoyable things.

It's not a bad point, and it makes plenty of sense. It's a form of recreation that's too expensive and doesn't have enough lasting value for me buy into it, the drug scene is full of people I don't want any affiliation with. Something like a video game can be played over and over again and depending on the drug you use you could get one hit off of it and trip for a little bit, woo.

I guess everyone should decide for themselves whether or not to use drugs.

Yeah, I know some people who think like that too. Give 'em a couple of years to take a step back and look at the big picture. Then they'll see how drugs, even with their lifechanging revelations, aren't that important and/or necessary to have experienced.
I speak from personal experience. Nowadays I only drink and sometimes smoke a joint.
