the misfits are lame now, nice guys to the fans, bastards to other bands, as a mate of mine supported them in san fran a few weeks back and the misfits were just pigs to them.

They should just change their name to the Misfit.

i aggree that they are not the nicest guys to work with, in fact they are down right horrible to work with but you have to admit that these guys are getting old. i mean jerrys like 55/56 years old, so mabey hes just becoming a grumpy old man!

My gut feeling tells me Jerry was always a prick, and besides, 55 is late middle-aged, not old, old starts when you can get pensioners insurance, so when he gets to 65 he can bitch all he wants till his fed-up band members put him in a home.

ok sure thts ur oppinion but you obviously havent met him cos he was quite a nice guy but when my uncles band A.o.P played with them they were dicks, i just thought they were getting on a bit and werent too happy about fresher bands that may come and steal there or should i say jerrys thunder.

i met him and he seemed ok to me, but he just looked at me as being a fan and not a fellow band musician. Marky Ramone was the best musician i have ever met, hes a legend

Pretty much, but I suppose Jerry Only will just continue the band for 5 more years, not record any new material at all, and disband completely after their so-called 25th anniversery tour comes to an end after so long.

actually, they sound pretty good...they have there own stuff too, they dont do just misfits covers...danzig said that plan 9 sounds better live than the misfits ever did.
