Yeah...if you go into the heart of NYC you'll hear the Brooklyn accents...same wtih Jersey; anywhere near Newark or around there you'll jear "Joizey" accents. :p

Yeah, Phoenix is actually one of the few places blessed with a decent Ska scence. It's ace. Lots of hxc/metalcore too though of course. :-\ Too generic. My band's just straight up Punk :)

I'm stoked about some aspects of our scene, though...Converge is from here...Unearth (not too big of a fan) is from here...a lot of hardcore bands are from here, too, and we had a lot of screamo bands from here: Hassan I Sabbah, etc.
