My friend got an epiphone les paul copy for 100 bucks. Neck was in good condition and the body was fine, besides one little blemish on the back, which he was able to get rid of it. Looks brand new now :cool:

Heehee... Pickup configuration and amp has more to do with the sound than the guitar body.

Gonna replace the stock pups with 3 SD humbuckers, and he plays through a Carvin Legacy.

EDIT: He is using this lespaul for drop tunings, no trem to deal with. His main guitar is a jackson which he keeps in standard tuning.

I wish my guitarist knew that there was a tuning other than drop D.
