mambogangsta 02-16-2005 12:27 PM

Oh well.

mambogangsta 02-16-2005 12:43 PM
That is actually the single craziest thing i have ever heard :amaze:
It really gets me, i've been practicing it for weeks and I still can't play it very well.

neal_672 02-16-2005 12:44 PM

I'm not even going to bother attempting it yet, it's not worth the disappointment...

neal_672 02-16-2005 12:55 PM

I'm out, ciao mx

mambogangsta 02-16-2005 01:52 PM

jaco jr 02-16-2005 02:57 PM

lets revive the thing about fests - im going to the graspop metal meet in belgium (from uk) - cos uk fests suck - although besides feeder download looks ok - it has iron maiden headlining along with loads of other bands - system of a down, ensiferum, twisted sister :upset:
itll be great

Omega Red 02-16-2005 02:58 PM

ok this is what we're gonna do, we're going to quote everyone who's posted since the thread was made

BassVirtuoso 02-16-2005 03:00 PM

What are those things called that they take away from you in airplanes? Like if they have food in an airport they take it away and call it _____. It's a special word but I just can't remember it!

mambogangsta 02-16-2005 03:01 PM
ok this is what we're gonna do, we're going to quote everyone who's posted since the thread was made
Thats gonna take awhile...

Omega Red 02-16-2005 03:01 PM

BassVirtuoso 02-16-2005 03:02 PM

Not confiscating it, but it's the name given to the items taken away at airpots...

ShelBel 02-16-2005 03:03 PM

Confiscate. Close, quatre!

Omega Red 02-16-2005 03:04 PM
Not confiscating it, but it's the name given to the items taken away at airpots...
BassVirtuoso 02-16-2005 03:08 PM

Noo it's the name given to those items.

fatbandit 02-16-2005 03:08 PM

Stealing.

gaslight 02-16-2005 03:10 PM

Contraband?

fatbandit 02-16-2005 03:11 PM

Detained?

BassVirtuoso 02-16-2005 03:11 PM

YES

Contraband

That has been pissing me off all day trying to think of that word. THANK YOU

Spaceman Spiff 02-16-2005 03:16 PM

I am currently writing the cheesiest script ever for drama. It's purposely cheesey though.
There are 4 of us, and we are being sent to the sun, and one of the characters keeps making the worst puns in the world about being and space and about the sun and the heat.

gaslight 02-16-2005 03:17 PM

Hehe no worries :p.

fatbandit 02-16-2005 03:18 PM

I am currently basking in my band's reflective glory as we just finished recording our first 6 track EP! ^_^

voiceless one 02-16-2005 03:20 PM

Contraband - Velvet Revolver album (useless info! :))

Anyone going to Reading? Or Download?

fatbandit 02-16-2005 03:26 PM

Was going to Download, but its in the middle of my GCSEs, and I can't justify the cost of tripping out there to see a mediocre lineup.

Duncster 02-16-2005 03:45 PM

Heard the new SOAD song CIGARO? Pretty sweet

My cock is much bigger then yours.
My cock can run right through the door.

gaslight 02-16-2005 03:50 PM

Yeah I heard the SOAD song the other day, the vocals remind me of screamy indie bands. It was neat though.

Spaceman Spiff 02-16-2005 03:54 PM

I heard that SOAD song a few weeks ago, it makes me laugh.

It's funny how the drummer uses the double bass too. It doesn't seem very SOAD-like.

Duncster 02-16-2005 04:03 PM

He uses it a fair bit. Their drummer really is quite innovative and creative. He's definately the most talented in the band. I love em! The shit he comes up with makes some their songs like 2981732x better.

neal_672 02-16-2005 04:05 PM

Duncster 02-16-2005 04:07 PM

Get the fuck out

fatbandit 02-16-2005 04:07 PM

I'm sure he didn't use double bass before. That's why I thought he was so good, for being original without succumbing to having to use double bass to sound 'heavy'. I think Serj has a wonderful voice, so versatile, and Daron's guitar is quite refreshing. I would say that the drummer is right up there with them talentwise, and Shavo is the least talented, though he is proficient at what he does, so I can't complain! :)
