Hmm. Make something. I made a small tree and a toy car in wood tech about 3 years ago and gave them to my girlfriend of the time. They were ****, but she loved em. Or make a picture, or something she can hang on her wall or something; a collage of pictures of you two together? That kinda thing is dirt cheap and takes like an hour, maybe two if you want it to look really good.
