I wish I was from the state of texas :upset:
Why?

It was in the freakin' 80s yesterday and then add humidity to that.

It's maybe 60-70 today with some slight drizzle and fog.

gg texas

Good news though, I know where the padres are hiding teh wii. :D

Stew: Yeah, it wasn't too bad, actually, none of it really will be, but it's not too fun either. Took about 10 minutes to get out of the farking parking lot.

(lol farking parking:lol:)

Pazz 12-19-2006 02:33 PM

So I got the next part of my license. I can now officially drive (once my mom puts me onto the insurance).

DepthsOfDreams555 12-19-2006 02:36 PM

Nice Matt, that's sweet.

Pazz 12-19-2006 02:37 PM

Now I have to convince my mom to let me drive on my own.

Nice. I drive as well.

My first place to drive to actually was to Wal Mart to wait 11 hours for the Wii. :D

Firecracker 12-19-2006 02:38 PM

Staff panto today was coool as.
So much cross dressing it was ACTUALLY ridiculous.
And so funny.
Doesn't feel like christmas though....

Surtr 12-19-2006 02:38 PM

Justin: Haha.

Matt: Sweet man.

How can I make it so anything that plays on quicktime on my webbrowser is so I can save it.

When I right click it doesn't work.

Haha. I'm hoping my mom lets me drive to work tomorrow and if not drive to my friends on Thursday night. I think the work one will be more realistic. And then I can talk her into letting me drive to my friends.

DepthsOfDreams555 12-19-2006 02:41 PM

She's not comfortable with you driving by yourself?

Surtr 12-19-2006 02:42 PM

This is what comes up for me when I try to right click and save something...

http://i16.tinypic.com/2iatlq8.jpg

Pazz 12-19-2006 02:42 PM

Not really. She's just afraid to let me go. I'm one step closer to being able to leave now that I can drive. I'm not going anywhere, I plan on living at home probably through college and then leaving when I'm 21 to go to university.

DepthsOfDreams555 12-19-2006 02:44 PM

Oh I see, why don't you just tell her that?

DJ Ducksauce 12-19-2006 02:46 PM

Nice. My mom was a bit like that. Once you start driving more on your own, she'll get used to it and not worry so much. Then you gain more freedom and so on.

Stew: Paste the link here and try and save the hyperlink.

Pazz 12-19-2006 02:46 PM

I have, many of times. She doesn't quite get it. She's also worried about how much insurance is going to cost because guys cost more. So last night I offered to pay for some of it each month.

That's why I think if I break the ice by driving across town to work will make driving to the next town over won't be hard on her or whatever...

Surtr 12-19-2006 02:48 PM

Alright, it's working.

Sweet lol.

Yeah. My mom wouldn't let me drive to school when it was supposed to be icy. :-\

There was no precipitation throughout the day. Stupid wrong weatherman.

Pazz 12-19-2006 02:53 PM

I won't be driving to school, since I live 10 minute walk away. But I once my sister moves out/we move I will probably get to drive to school. That won't be until next year though.

DJ Ducksauce 12-19-2006 02:54 PM

Ah, well I have about 18 miles to go, so that would kinda suck to walk haha. About 10-15 minute drive or so.

I do have a friend that lives right across the street from the school and he drives.

Pazz 12-19-2006 02:57 PM

I would like to take the car to school so I could go out for lunch with friends.

Surtr 12-19-2006 02:59 PM

Ugggh...Fightin' through 3 more days..:(

DJ Ducksauce 12-19-2006 02:59 PM

Bah, we don't have open campus lunch. :(

People leave anyways of course.
