Gallows are awesome, Thrice is awesome, and Converge's new album is awesome. Why all the hatred for stuff that is awesome?

gallows are probably one of the most watered down bands i have ever heard and for some reason they think they have any credibility when it comes to hardcore.

I'd rather listen to Gallows than thousands of other punk bands tbh. There's something to be said for good production.

I prefer to be able to determine the notes of an instrument being played are actually notes, not noise.

Hey guys,

I'm going to be moving from the Merrimack Valley down to Miami at the end of the year. Is there much of a hardcore community in the Miami area, because I've heard it's kind of dead down there. Coming from playing and going to shows in the MVHC scene, it's going to be hard to live without meeting at least a couple of cool people.

compared to other places its probably slow but there are plenty of good local bands down there to check out
