I have a friend who takes a welding course at the college, he's always talking about how underwater welders make like 80 dollars an hour.

RiceMonster 03-25-2009 10:53 AM

my cousin took welding in college. He got fired from his first job

EINSIEG 03-25-2009 10:53 AM

They love me at my workplace, I will never be fired.

RouteOne 03-25-2009 11:20 AM

How much do you get paid, if you don't mind me asking?

Jaundice 03-25-2009 01:00 PM

It looks like there's blood on the top right of your head.

Jaundice 03-25-2009 01:04 PM

It's a very real possibility there was.

Tyler 03-25-2009 01:27 PM

Speaking of money, I'm trying to get a raise now. I think with minimum wage going up, my hourly should go up to.

repcak 03-25-2009 02:09 PM

are you drinking water? water at a party?! are you INSANE?!

Jaundice 03-25-2009 03:04 PM

It was moreso eight or nine people crammed into a small shed full of bean bags than an actual party. Typical weekend activity, unfortunately.

RiceMonster 03-25-2009 03:05 PM

why do you hang out in a small shed if you're not smoking pot

Jaundice 03-25-2009 03:06 PM

Well every one else in the shed was taking bonghits, I was just chilling playing with a water bottle because I'm on probation.
how did you get fleas? if you don't mind me asking
Yeah, lice is one thing, but I thought that human beings usually didn't get fleas.

the2stranger 03-27-2009 12:46 PM

I worked at a kintergarten a few years back, then an outbreak of lice came.
I cringed and was afraid of getting them as well.
Luckily I never did.

Stupid toddlers, playing in dirty places.

Morumbar 03-27-2009 12:54 PM

I've had lice once when I still had long hair.

Seriously no fun. :S The skin on my head was all ****ed up because of the shampoo, everything in the house had to be cleaned and combing the dead lice out of my hair hurt like hell. I tore a lot of my hair out along with the lice.

the2stranger 03-27-2009 01:04 PM

That sounds nasty. :(

Sometimes while combing I wonder why I still have long hair, cause it's such a pain in the *** to comb and wash and condition and what not.

But when I take a look in the mirror afterwards, I see how good it looks on me.

Jaundice 03-27-2009 01:06 PM

I used to have long hair, but washing and drying it made me so uber depressed that I had to shave it.

the2stranger 03-27-2009 01:10 PM

I remember, like 7 years ago, how easy it was.
Get out the shower, rub thetowel over your hair twice and done.

I sometimes long for that.
But as long as I can still have it long (no signs of going bald) I'll keep it long.

Jaundice 03-27-2009 01:12 PM

The rub the towel over your hair twice routine has me feeling like a hundred bucks.

It's the closest I've ever come to understanding why people enjoy taking showers.

the2stranger 03-27-2009 01:17 PM

I like showers, esepecially really hot showers.
I used to spend like 45 minutes in the shower.
I reduced my showering time some, cause it was a bit too much.

I regret that we don't have a bath though.
Bathing is awesome.

Morumbar 03-27-2009 01:32 PM

I often turn the shower really cold just before I get out and dry myself off. Really helps me wake up sometimes.

Jaundice 03-27-2009 01:35 PM

I turn the shower really cold before I get out so that the change in temperature from stepping out of the shower isn't as devastating.
