If it's mature I usually see them left open until it deteriorates to immaturity. The problem with the pit right now is everyone is being hella immature. And Jared is given so much leniency I don't know why he's bitching tbh.

I know Jared is given a lot of slack, but he's right about mx not being fun anymore, so he's making fun his own way, and it isn't the right way of course. The pit should just be a spam place with little to no moderation, just when people post excessive times and make a million threads in a row etc, and then have it not up your postcount. Because this is a music forum after all, and some people just post in the Pit and that's it, it would encourage people to leave it somtimes as well. it would require much more thought and planning, but IMO that would be much better.

But if it's not fun, go elsewhere...there are a million message boards. We have in fact done that to a degree. You could always make a thread about it in site, but, the issue is, everyone would bitch then too because they want their postcounts. There's no way to please everyone. Ideas similar to yours have been brought up before though. Pit users are the ones to shoot them down.

But the issue I have with Jared's little vendetta is I find it hard to listen to a privileged user bitch about how few privileges he has. He's not being realistic at all.

Yeah, I get both sides, but the thing is, after being here for so long I'd think it would suck to leave all the people you know, especially when Jared is pretty well known here, and somewhat liked. i respect what he's trying to do, even if he is going about it in the wrong way.

Well don't get me wrong...I respect any and all attempts to make the site a better place. But what Jared is doing has been done before, and probably even by him. In the end it's pointless because there's never any resolution.

Yeah, I know, and he has done it before, he does it like once every month or so. No drastic changes are ever made to anything though. I guess they don't want it to get really crazy or something. Meh, I'm not complaining, I have my own place to spam up and have some fun.

I'd like to contribute and do something more for this site though, and maybe bring back a little fun, but there isn't much I can do. especially for pop-punk, because you guys are cool. but, there's nothing to do, any serious threads and band threads get little discussion at all. I don't get how the other forums do it.

The thing is it's not really broken, it just has ups and downs. So there's no reson to fix it when they know it's gonna fix itself sooner than later.

But yeah, like I said, when you get bored, go somewhere else and be less bored. It's a good solution :)

I have to do a paper on power. I really don't want to start doing it. I have to connect the concept of power in the play Julius Caesar and our times today. I think I am going to say how power corrupts the characters of the play and it still can corrupt leaders in our society. Does that sound good at all or make any sense?

Science is my worst subject, which isn't saying much because I have a 75% in it. Chemistry is my favourite unit of it and I'm taking garde 11 univisersity Chemistry.

Dang....nice ya I think I got an 89% I was so close to an A but in Canada that is an A haha. Math is probably my best subject. I can't stand science and English.

Which is your favourite?
I'm loving untitled 04 at the minute, but a lot of them are really good. That song's just got a pretty distinctive style compared to a lot of the others, which sound relatively similar.

I'm trying to work out whether these demos are a disappointment or not. :(

02 and 04 are the ones i liked best i think. Them 2 numbers are sticking out to me.
