I Am Not A Gimmick 10-31-2005 11:44 PM
That sounds lame :-\

So many people on mx seem to be the type of people who don't know what they're doing in life...it's sad :(
I've got plans.

I start college next spring in hopes of either earning my bachelors in business science and going on to a university OR doing two years of criminal justice courses and becoming a cop.

Excursions 10-31-2005 11:45 PM

Vince has a new name and tis ghey.

Excursions 10-31-2005 11:53 PM

I don't think they have popo in NZ.

Excursions doesn't condone the use of illegal drugs and was merely refering to having a few cold ones at the local tavern once he is of the legal age, which is 18.

I Am Not A Gimmick 11-01-2005 01:43 AM

Buenos noches.

TakeWarning 11-01-2005 01:53 AM

That coffee was the best I've had in a long, long time.

Dead Star 11-01-2005 06:56 AM

I'm at home again, I can't speak my throat hurts so much. :(

So hows everyone elses day?

Kif 11-01-2005 06:58 AM

Boring. We looked at packages for Sky and BT, but I want to look at better broadband deals considering how much I use it.

Dead Star 11-01-2005 07:00 AM

I had to do that some time ago, and decide whether Telewest or Sky would be cheaper. We picked Telewest, due to the 2mb broadband I had just obtained from them.

Kif 11-01-2005 07:08 AM

Well we were looking at BT and Sky, because there's a deal with them I think. BT do 2MB and they are advertised in Xbox Magazine, so I'm assuming their quality is good. Of course, I'm not putting all my faith in that.

Wanadoo might be good from what I've heard too

Dead Star 11-01-2005 07:16 AM

Way to change the subject but I never new Muse basslines were so difficult.

Kif 11-01-2005 07:20 AM

You have listened to Muse, yes?

Chris is an awesome bassist, and I think he makes the band a lot more structured. Matt gets too much credit for his style of play, but he's a good guitarist too.

On another subject change, I've got a lot more respect for Hawthorne Heights than I used to. They are selling Bayside merch on the tour (Par Bayside, of course) and donating it to the band, and I've seen countless posts on AP about it. I can't say I really hated HH, but I never got into them that much. But this has made me respect them a lot more.

I'm listening to Absolution for the first time in ages as we type.

And I can't say I've heard too much from Hawthorne Height, if anything at all. BUt that does seem very selfless of them.

Kif 11-01-2005 07:25 AM

Muse's worst album, but it's still a great listen.

HH get ripped on a lot, mainly because they play boring songs and have 3 guitarists who all pretty much play the same thing.

Dead Star 11-01-2005 07:28 AM

Its the only one of theirs I have...

Agent_Orange 11-01-2005 07:31 AM

What tis up playa's.

Muse kicks major arse.

I love thier drum beats.

Dead Star 11-01-2005 07:35 AM

Hysteria is one of my favourite songs ever.

And I'm gonna try and get something to eat.

Agent_Orange 11-01-2005 07:38 AM

UUggghhh all I have had to eat today is the schools breakfast and it sucked. It was all soggy.

Dead Star 11-01-2005 07:41 AM

I'm eating a roll and cheese.

And I'm gonna have to go into Motherwell today, so I can get my Work Experience form back. :(

TakeWarning 11-01-2005 07:42 AM

Muse are sick, especially Hysteria.

And yeah, that's guys good at bass.

Are you doing one of those work based learning things or something?

I just got through creating buttons and exporting them into dreamweaver!
This class is so easy it's bad. Can't wait until we get into the flash stuff.

Everyone (nearly) in the UK does one, its more like you go off to work at a shop for a week.

Agent_Orange 11-01-2005 08:41 AM

Ahhhh.......What kind of work do you do?

Have you heard of Avenged Sevenfold?

Kif 11-01-2005 08:46 AM
Its the only one of theirs I have...
Get Origin Of Symmetry. I'll send it to you if you want, but it is an absolutely amazing record. It's a lot harder and louder than Absolution, and more guitar-based rather than piano

Dead Star 11-01-2005 08:47 AM

I'm going to work in Gamestation, and I've heard of them, but I've never heard anything by them.

And Kif, I can get on AIM if you wish.
