didnt you guys make a video or soemthing when you were there?
Quatre had several, I don't know if he has them saved, but he never was able to host them permanently.

irishslappop 10-18-2005 10:36 PM

well thats not bad at all. so for me a flight there and back would be some...3 or 4 hundred
ifi payed for the flight my mom would probably pay for the coarse.

Tryxx 10-18-2005 10:36 PM

Awesome. :thumb:

irishslappop 10-18-2005 10:38 PM

Tryxx 10-18-2005 10:39 PM

I made a puppet show with french fries and a pickle around my Teriaky hamburger. We also ate styrophome. Yeah, we're weird.

Oh, and Radio had a pet rock once.

awesome ill fit in.

Tryxx 10-18-2005 10:41 PM

Plus 15+ bassists walking around Boston isn't the most average thing you see...

irishslappop 10-18-2005 10:42 PM

is the coarse itself difficult? or very demanding in time? because truth be told i would rather go just meet you guys, the coarse is a plus

Tryxx 10-18-2005 10:43 PM

Not at all. You just learn stuff basically by playing and lectures. We got to hang out a lot. We also ditched a couple of the lectures too...
>_>
<_<

Tryxx 10-18-2005 10:44 PM

Luke, how goes it?

irishslappop 10-18-2005 10:45 PM

hahaha. do you have a link to where i could research it a bit? if not ill just google it.

Tryxx 10-18-2005 10:46 PM

http://www.berklee.edu/summer/bass.html

Program is a little different each year. And please note that Modulus Quantum 6 on that page. ;)

irishslappop 10-18-2005 10:51 PM

thanks man. what did you play for your placement?

Tryxx 10-18-2005 10:54 PM

Nothing really... I screwed up, got nervous, and actually attempted to make a piece the day before. Basically you just tell them what genre you want. I mean...I got in the same Theory class as quatre, SOMETHING was wrong. Genre just affects your instrument lab and ensemble from what I could tell. There may have been levels in those, but I couldn't really make a good deduction.

irishslappop 10-18-2005 10:56 PM

ha i think i'll play Bass guy's version of the mario theme

or maybe a small part of country music by stu hamm

Tryxx 10-18-2005 11:00 PM

Rock/Funk
Jazz/Blue
World/Latin

My instrument lab was rock, while my ensemble was jazz... Quite odd.

irishslappop 10-18-2005 11:05 PM

im looking foward to this now :). but i must go to sleep. my tummy hurts from store bought potstickers
