The minimum is 1000 rep to get stars. After that, I'm PRETTY sure that you need to have been here for a year to get all 4 stars. Only mods get 5.

I have 1050 rep but no stars. Need more posts. I reallly don't think posts should effect stars at all, but that length of time on fourms should effect more.
