I haven't felt it either. I blame growing up.

Untitled 12-22-2006 04:44 PM

I dunno what it is realy.

I mean, we havnt got many decorations up in the house, because the twins are just at that age where they grab and destroy everything, so no tree, and not much tbh.

Im working all weekend too, so that ruins the christmasyness.

I have nothing to look forward too on crimbo day, as i have my new bass already which is my Christmas present. I need the money of my parents though for there share of the price.

Mexican Bandito 12-23-2006 12:13 AM

Hey guys

Overnight shift tonight. Set off at 3, work from 5 till the wee small hours. Should be fun, though I am kind've apprehensive of the taxi home; it's booked for half two, but I told the guy it might well be different from that, n'he was kinda belligerent about the whole thing

Oh well

EDIT: I also have a mutha of a headache. Ma insisted on getting me up at 8 this morning to help with some stuff when she knew about my shift and I was very tired to begin with, so I'm not in a great mood

PAJJ 12-23-2006 06:40 AM

Haha, so my mum just went a little crazy. She leaves on everything downstairs because sometimes I like watching DVDs downstairs. Except I barely do anymore.

So I told her she can turn everything off when she goes to bed and if I want to go downstairs, I'll turn it on when I get down there. She started going off at me telling me to turn everything off and stuff, and I just said fine and told her in future she should just leave it all off. Then she started talking about how she was mega tired and she just went downstairs and did her little drama thing when she slammed doors and shit, then went to bed.

And all I told her was that from now on she didn't have to leave stuff on for me since I don't go down as much anymore. Crazy.

Work was surprisingly quiet.

Well i went in at 12, then the queues went from the checkouts to the mid point of the store, weaving threw the aisles, but by 1 o'clock it was fine, pretty dead, not had much to do.

So im expecting everyone to come into the store tomorrow, so itll be nice and busy, which i dont mind too much, when your busy the time goes quicker.

Oh work gave me a bottle of wine and a box of chox for crimbo  same as everyone though, unless your under 18.

AG 12-23-2006 02:48 PM

Work was awfull for me. Front till, all day.

Also, I got a box of Celebrations from work as a gift. They're now gone.

Mexican Bandito 12-23-2006 02:58 PM

Jev 12-23-2006 03:51 PM

My dad knows someone who got a £10 mil bonus.

Untitled 12-23-2006 03:59 PM

Woah.

Some people work just for something to do though dont they, even if they are rich.

ChodaBoy 12-23-2006 04:03 PM

If i earnt that kind of money, i'd be in the bank straight away.

Banker: How would you like to widthdraw your funds?
Me: All of it in £5 notes, so i can roll in it. Oh, and it needs to be in a bag marked either 'loot' or 'swag'

If you had that much money you wouldnt need £5's. you could do it just the same with £20s, or £50s.

AG 12-23-2006 04:12 PM

Or a big massive £ sign.

I'll take one of those stripey jumpers too.

Untitled 12-23-2006 04:21 PM

With one of them little cowboy type masks on?

that would be cool.
