Except for St. Anger, all the studio albums after ...And Justice For All each had some good songs on them, but the most part, they weren't very good.
That is just my opinion though.
Yeah...I have all the studio albums...and the live ones as well as like three extra live ones...i dont have that garage days and garage inc crap though.

janyeno 02-11-2005 09:08 PM

I do like orchesta stuff sometimes, but I just don't think that it worked, putting the orchestra with Metallica. I thought, except for a few songs, the two things sounded like crap together.
I won't make fun of you for liking it though. :D

Again, its all opinionated.....and thanks for not making fun of me? :p

JoeDaddio 02-11-2005 09:25 PM

Metallica should have died the day Cliff died. At least then they could be remembered as a great band.

janyeno 02-11-2005 10:07 PM

I just ordered shaun of the dead on ppv too...

It was a tough choice... either that or harold and kumar... or watch napoleon dynamite again...

Spaceman Spiff 02-11-2005 10:15 PM

I've never seen Shaun Of The Dead of Napolean Dynamite, but Harold And Kumar is really funny.

See, that's the thing. I loved that movie, but you can't tell someone it's going to be hysterical. If you do, it's not funny because they're expecting it. You just have to say, "Watch it for yourself."

That's true. You have to be in right mood when you watch it too. Otherwise it just doesn't pack the punch.

PaulSimonon 02-11-2005 11:38 PM

Napoleon Dynamite was terrible anyways.

People either LOVED it or HATED it.

It was either end of the extremes. I know a guy who can do that dance perfectly.

bottlerocket 02-11-2005 11:40 PM

I loved it. I thought it was hysterical.

The best part was when Uncle Rico threw the steak at Napoleon and Pedro on the bike.

bottlerocket 02-11-2005 11:49 PM

^ One of my favorite parts.

There were too many. "Do the chickens have large talons?"

My friends say I do the best Napoleon impression. I admit; it does sound A LOT like the real Napoleon.

I once had an icecube
Purty little icecube
Now it's gone
Now it's gone

Her name was Mary
Purty little ice cube
Now she's gone
Now she's gone

She was so shiny,
My purty little icecube
Now she's gone
Where she gone?
She's gone with the others
The shiny little icecubes
Movin' on. Movin' on.

She's gone
Doesn't nothin' ever last forever?

I miss my icecube
Purty little icecube
Since she's withdrawn

I held her in my hand
My chilly little icecube
Was it wrong? Was it wrong?

She slipped away
My moist little icecube
To oblivion, oblivion

She left me standing
With tears on my face
On the lawn
So I wrote this song

Purty little icecube
Where have you gone?

Doesn't nothing ever last forever?

Now she's gone
Nothing ever lasts forever

Doesn't nothing ever last forever?

It's been declared
That it's not wise
To prize something too much
I just wish to find something to
flaunt the right to
Touch so gently

Doesn't nothing ever last forever?

janyeno 02-12-2005 12:40 AM

shaun of the dead... was... good...

Saitoku 02-12-2005 12:43 AM

Yeah, man.

Hey, so I think I'm getting an ME-50B.

Woo-hoo!

PaulSimonon 02-12-2005 12:46 AM

Nice! I think my local store brought in an ME50B for me to buy.... I've never tried it though.

PaulSimonon 02-12-2005 12:47 AM

And I have this sneaking suspicion that I'm being hit on....

Saitoku 02-12-2005 12:48 AM

Yeah, me neither.... that's because I live in Maine. My town only has 7,000 people in it, so our music store doesn't carry much.

But madthumbs was cool enough to make some recordings for me, so I think I've made up my mind on it.

Saitoku 02-12-2005 12:49 AM
And I have this sneaking suspicion that I'm being hit on....
By someone at the music shop?

PaulSimonon 02-12-2005 12:51 AM
