I dono want to make a thread on this really but...

Can anyone that has had a maple 20 x 20 bass drum tell me the charactoristics...And same with a maple 20 x 18 bass drum...

I know that the sounds will range from different companies...But just so I get the jist of the sound...Or better yet direct me to a soundclip or video of those basses.

Can you get repair or matienence (sp?) for the kit or do you have to replace everything?

Bass drum legs and spurs are ****ed.

Mounting system is ****ed.

Rims are ****ed.

Hoops are ****ed.

Meh....

I love my stock snare though.

when did all this happen?

Wear and tear over the past 2 years.

The bass drum legs cannot support the bass drum for much longer and slip all the time which means my pedal boards goes up.

The hoops are getting dented from being weakend.

Mounting system can hardly support a 12x9 tom.

Duct tape and superglue?
