FFS, I don't know why it bugs me so much but when people say really ignorant things about music I flip. My friend drove me crazy for a week when he kept calling U2 the greatest band of all time.

Plant is like a water downed weaker, poorer quality version of Jeff Buckley.

Woah calm it, I just think Plant is better than Buckley. I prefer his voice, I think its easier on the ears. And, if its any conssellation, I don't think U2 is the greatest band of all time.

Robert Plant is like a poor man's Rod Stewart.

Plant isn't anything like Buckley. In order to call someone a watered downed version of someone I think the two need to have some similarities, which I just don't see between Plant and Buckley.

Anyway, The Doors movie is so good IMO i got it for xmas and watched it like 5 times, Val Kilmer does play a good Jim, there's some crazy scenes in the movie like the blood ceremony and all that.

nah. plant is a watered down, less talented version of cornell. they can sound similar when cornell goes high. yet plant has less of a range, less power, less versatility, and bad teeth.

there, i said it. neither of their lyrics are anything to write home about either.
