I think it's because Chad keeps hacking mod's accounts and J Money doesn't want in enabled otherwise Chad could cause more damage.

Because when Chad got a hold of mod accounts, he hard deleted stuff. He finally figured it out, took him long enough.

Luckily he can't access the ModCP, so no bannings for him.

We weren't really [i]hacked[/i] per se. Plexi just pointed a bunch of threadspawners to punk, and it was cleaned up almost instantly.

it is just rewriting code. you can hack with a basic knowledge of A++ and HTML. i suggest using DOS and Java though because it makes it fun and easier.

IP ban is similar but a troll ban is what I said. It locks you completely out of the site until your ban is over. You don't even get the "You have been banned for such and such days for such and such reason." like you do with a regular ban.

They are quite handy for getting rid of idiots who don't know how to clear their cookies and get back in to re-register.
