So I went to a tech school for a quick way to get into a field, but it's just an absolute joke. I would have been better off just buying the books and staying home.

OUCH! see i'm not knocking formal education in general, it's just not for me. I hate school i would much rather train and work my way up rather than go to school. I totally get the career thing i've just had a bunch of dead end jobs...

tech schools cater to stupid people

It really is the best way to learn. I hate this idea now that if you don't have a bachelor's degree you're unemployable. I know tons of people who have bachelors degrees and are dumb as a brick. They paid $80,000 to party for four years and yet somehow they're worth more to a company than me.

I have a friend going into tech school but that's mostly because he's a horrible student who cannot focus on a subject that doesn't interest him, he's really smart with computers and technology but if he went to a normal/comm college he would fail.

Also I just learned last night I have a new potential girlfriend, heil.

I'm awesome at school. I just have absolutely no motivation.

I have a 3.4, I'll do most work but if I think something is totally worthless and a waste of time, I can usually get away with not doing it if it's not a huge assignment.
