i like "minus the herd" as well, but it's just not the same. why can't bands stay 100% spastic and chaotic? like, both Ion Dissonance and DEP cut down on that stuff drastically as the 'progressed'

I really don't get the Hate on Awaken The Dreamers.Sure it's less brutal, but it was still a damn good cd.Well at least the first 8 tracks are,never really paid attention after that.

i dont mind the latest asp. it's not nearly as good as tpoe and was disappointing but there are some pretty ****ing good tracks on it still.

the first track (forget what its called), never again, the title track, stabbing to purge..., gagged, bound..., and songs of the damned are all really good imo

Animosity, Rifles At Recess, Veil of Maya, Glass Casket, Whitechapel and All Shall Perish is all the deathcore I really listen to any more.

Animosity are one of the few bands who genuinely incorporate hardcore into their style, failing to comprehend that is pretty laughable.

And to then suggest a bunch of generic bands who are better is also p funny. The Somatic Defilement is a solid album and there formula has been severely ripped off.
