there's a guy named Snow Day in the Metallica thread that's pissing everyone off. he's not leaving even though he's been asked to leave and he even said himself he'd leave. MXican and I have tried to end the constant bickering, but it hasn't worked.

I think you misunderstood.
If you have a request to ban someone then try and provide evidence of why they should be banned. It saves the Mods (especially ones on 56k) a lot of time and effort because they don't have to search for the offences :)
