All of the vocalists were BAD. Everyone from the Academy Is looks like they could of checked into the medical center for annorexia and the lead singer looks like Adam Lazzara from the "This Photograph is proof" video.
Wow, that bad huh.

Guess I didn't miss anything.

We're starting The Scarlet Letter in English. From what I've heard, it sucks bad.

James: Maybe you should have made a New Year's Resolution to stop drinking...or not...

Understanding In a Crash 01-18-2006 07:46 PM

I haven't read a good book in awhile since "Perks of being a wallflower".

DJ Ducksauce 01-18-2006 07:49 PM

Last book I read that I enjoyed was the last Harry Potter.

We have to read a book from this list she gave us every 9 weeks with some sort of report. Only books I liked on there were Redwall and Mossflower. I read those in 7th grade, so they shouldn't be too hard to do.

B 01-18-2006 07:50 PM

Mediocre life sucks. I hope my life isn't mediocre :(. my hopes aren't very high :upset:

Justin: I loved Mossflower.

Mediocre life is what you make of it.

Chances are everyone in this thread lives a mediocre life. It's up to you to enjoy it or not.

Meh.. I enjoy my life sometimes, like I told you before, I've been much better lately than I used to be.

There's just some things I wish were different.

TBH I'm pretty happy with my life right now :-\

But look on the bright side then, things are improving, and things in motion tend to remain in motion. They'll keep getting better.

Thing is, I've thought my life was really crap a lot of the time, but if I really look at it, my life is good. Sure I still feel like crap a lot of the time, but always realize that your life is better than a lot of people's and it'll always be there. Plus eventually you'll have some life changing experience and your outlook on life will totally change, you're still young.

billiejoe84 01-18-2006 08:02 PM

Haha, I just read the suggestion that I could have made a new year's resolution to stop drinking. That is laughably ludicrous at best, and would have been broken in a few days.

I agree with Vince though - mediocre life is what you make of it. I know my life is mundane and boring, and generally in a pattern of drunkenness and meaningless sex, but at least I enjoy it.

I know my life is good, I really do, I don't know how to explain how I feel about it. Like, I know it's good, yet I can't actually acknowledge(wtf sp?) it or something.

My problem is I'm focused too much on one thing(person actually) that I know won't happen, and I'm trying to break away from that but it's hard.

Just get more resolve :) Though don't try just to fail, because that'll kill your confidence.

Well, that's the most important, but at the same time you could always make it less mundane too. It's in almost anyone's power to change their own life if they really want to.

No, believe me, I understand that feeling. All I can say is as you get older you'll appreciate it. Maybe you'll have to hit rock bottom to do so, or maybe you'll hit a high, but you will just have a realization of it at some point. There'll be some catalyst to change your life.

Ew..that's bad times (not that I can talk since I'm doing it too currently), but if it won't work, you'll find something that will and totally forget about it one you do.

I'm so excited! I just bought the Actual's ep!

Brandon.... I think, Fire Whispers, I had the same problem. i was in love with this one girl, who was like my best friend, and she rejected me and denyed me everytime, so i got all "emo" and stuff. Then i realized to be happy... life takes its toll in its own way. Everything happens for a reason... And I'm a firm believer in karma... so just think about that.

Wrap it in gauze then attach tape so it pressures the finger against the nail, should stem the blood flow and at the same time close the gap the platelets are trying ti fill.

I just decided that I don't give a shit what happens in life anymore because eventually we will all be dead and nothing we did in our lives will matter at all.
