The Noisettes is a pretty crap name :p
20 days until Iron Maiden awooooop =D

We did no work at all in college today, we just sat and chatted all class. A guy in my class works in a hotel; he was telling us that last night Dwight York (sp?) showed up late with 2 'ladies of the night' hummmmmmmm

It's blowing a gale here today. My 2 week old umbrella is buggered already :( because of the wind.

Will be here between Thursday and Saturday :D:D

trysthedrummer 11-20-2006 02:06 PM

The noisettes were no way as good, obviously. They had half the stage compared to muse, if not less, and a few lights here and there.

If you have any questions about the Vision:M you can ask me, Ive had one for a bit.

Dead Star 11-20-2006 02:09 PM

Whats the program like from transferring filez?

trysthedrummer 11-20-2006 02:11 PM

You can use either Media source (which comes in with the cd) or windows media player. I use WM just because I know how to do it and its pretty easy to use.

If youve got tracks all tagged the same and whatnot, it'l sort it out nice and neat. Its when youve downloaded a tonne and whakc them in, you'll find theres about 50 different artists to scroll down to, because they'll have different album names/band name spelt differently/track spelt differently from whereever youve downloaded them from.

Anything else?

hehe i had to say all this and a load more to someone on here when she got one she wanted to know as well

Dead Star 11-20-2006 02:16 PM

Sounds pretty easy.

Battery life?

trysthedrummer 11-20-2006 02:19 PM

Good. If you charge it to the ammount it says (cant remember exactly) like about 4 hours for video playback.

Of course the battery lasts for ages if you keep putting it on lock, when you start to scrolling and view pics here and therre, then it goes down quicker, obviously.

But - a problem

nout major, sometimes it freezes if it tries to play a video file it doesnt recognize (need a paper clip to reset)

theres a program on the cd where you can convert video to other formats. Sometimes on media player itself, it will convert it for you automatically when the files are been synchronised.

Dead Star 11-20-2006 02:43 PM

so basically carry a paperclip around with me :p

I had to do it with my old Zen anyway.

Untitled 11-20-2006 03:39 PM

Today was kinda cool, but kinda crap too.

The morning was crap because our tutor was just talking to us, after dinner time we did something, which was realy quite cool.

We did photography, then printed them ourselves in a dark room and stuff, it was cool.

I Get ID'd a lot.

Surprisingly i didn't get ID'd at the MEN arena last week, i thought they would for sure.

Auberge le Mouton Noir 11-20-2006 05:58 PM

I am 17 and 3 months old.

I can drive a car to an ok standard (just starting manouvers with my instructor) and it's maybe a little overrated but a fun thing to learn anyway.

I don't get IDed but that's because when i buy drinks it's usually at freinds' 18th parties which are i private clubs with bars.
