I might look for it and check it out. I just remember not enjoying them a whole lot, but I do like mindless chugging sometimes.

i think this is a terrible representation of metalcore, almost none of these have anything to do with metalcore
metalcore is best described as gothenburg melodic death mixed with hardcore elements (such as breakdowns, chants, etc)
let me give you some examples: darkest hour, killswitch engage, caliban, as i lay dying, it dies today, cannae, neaera, twelve tribes, miss may i, parkway drive
hope that helps
these are mostly melodic hardcore or post hardcore bands or just plain screamo like underoath's 'changing of times'
