Eh, Looks bad. What are the dimensions for avatars allowed?
I've noticed kids only liking popular and well known Classic Rock bands, like Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, ect...

They missout on some of the greatest lesser known Classic rock bands. Like The Byrds, or Buffalo Springfield, Big Brother and Holding Company, The Velvet Underground, Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, Van Morrison, ect. Most of those bands were pretty big in their day, but the kids these days aren't looking for those bands. Usually, they are looking for the heavier, or louder types, but that's only the kids I know.
amen man. ten years after, the velvet underground, jeff beck and the jeff beck group, neil young, stevie ray vaughan, yes, the allman brothers, frank zappa, procol harum, king crimson, early fleetwood mac, chicago, the faces, blind faith, t rex, and quicksilver messenger service ar only SOME of the lesser known classic acts that are as equally talented or MORE talented than the ones that are known.

I find that insanely hilarious. Not complex. But Catchy.

BludgeonySteve 09-06-2004 01:42 PM

Catchy's all that really matters.

But I still find that funny.

BludgeonySteve 09-06-2004 04:37 PM

Mosters of rock sounds like it would of been great. Though I don't like Judas Preist. i'd just go take a piss while they were playing or something.

Woodstock 09-06-2004 04:38 PM
Does anyone have the Paul McCartney: Back In The USA DVD?
I don't own it, but I've rented and seen it.

The fat drummer was really good, actually the whole thing was really good.

Woodstock 09-06-2004 05:04 PM

The drummer is called Ape, he's great. Very crazy.

BludgeonySteve 09-06-2004 05:57 PM

Anyone like Paul Revere And The Raiders? I know Woodstock does :)

Badmoon 09-06-2004 05:58 PM

Kinda, but more...meh

Woodstock 09-06-2004 05:59 PM

Who needs Pink Floyd or the Doors when there are the Raiders.

Woodstock 09-06-2004 06:02 PM

Has anyone seen that LEGENDS collection infomercial? It was hosted by Roger Daltrey.

A 7 CD collection of the greatist classic rock of the 60's and 70's. It looked pretty good.

No. But it sounds like a good collection. Maybe.

I generally don't like hits or greatest collections. unless they are of a band who doesn't have a lot of really good songs but has a few.

Woodstock 09-06-2004 06:06 PM

It's looked like a very good mix of bands. And not just the main ones, either.

the mighty zep 09-06-2004 06:28 PM

I wouldve bought it if i had money or even trusted infomercials at all.
