Oh dear black_star! dandruff.... tut tut! Wash it twice, then completely rinse all the shampoo out, then put conditioner in and leave it for 5 minutes, then wash that out using cold water. It "locks your cuticles"
(note: I am not a girl, just my lady friend informed me about this... hehehe)

How hard is it to host your own radio station using Winamp? If i start an mx bass one, will you guys listen?

The english language is deteriorating......

coz the other nite i walked away fay them n said am goin 2 c smillie but i don't hink they heard me so later on they walked away but i ran 2 catch up way them then later on they just got up n left n i txted maz 2 ask where she was but she didny tb so when i found them i just said "just 2 tell u am goin 2 macdonalds" so we was about 2 go then decided 2 wait way emma j n that then they was about 2 leave again with out me n then big andy called them back n they were like "wots up" so i just walked away n went home so am pissed off way them! lol

some girl posted that on my friend's band forum.

I would love to have a forum on my bands website when my band has a website, that would be a neat thing. Is it easy to host a VB3 forum? Or would you use something different for a band forum?
