Hello. How are you kid whom I've never seen before?
|
You will like these bands. Hopefully. If you want any of their albums, ask.
Okay, I've had a chance to listen to them all now. I especially liked Capital Tragedy, Cold War, and The Risk Taken. The others were pretty cool too though. |

Good thanks, you? I don't post on these boards much, I guess you could say I lurk a bit. |
Okay, I've had a chance to listen to them all now.

Awesome, thanks a lot.
Black My Heart was pretty sweet too. None of them were bad... |
Good thanks, you?
I don't post on these boards much, I guess you could say I lurk a bit.
Methinks we could tell by your post count. My band's got another gig on friday, hopefully. I think we actually are going to have someone open for us, too :amaze: |
Awesome, thanks a lot.
Good thanks, you?
I don't post on these boards much, I guess you could say I lurk a bit.
Very tired and feelin pretty sick. So not too bad overall. |
It can get pretty boring though. :p
Oh well, that's the style.
That's true. I think I have a sufficient amount of music to break it up though. :p |
I think I grew out of that little faux metalcore or whatever you want to call it phase, cuz those bands just irritated me.
|

Sleeping sounds like a good idea? :p |
Sleeping sounds like a good idea? :p
Maybe after some Peptobismal(sp?). But knowing me it almost definitly won't happen. |
Haha.
I'm gonna 'hit the sack' soon. |
Kevin you have a messed up schedule.
|
I have a feeling it ill be a bit of a long night for me. I plan on watching the baseball, and it probably won't end 'til 11:30.
Oh well. There isn't much baseball left, so I need to take advantage. |
Kevin you have a messed up schedule.
I do, but I likes it. And I don't want to think about baseball right now. I can't imagine how much it'll suck if the Sox win. |
Haha, I think Cubs fans will be tortured until they finally win it...
That's pretty much how it was for me when the Yankees kept winning, and the Red Sox hadn't won yet. Then when the Red Sox won I threw it back at all the Yankees fans. :p |
Yeah, it'll be horrible until we finally win. Or at least go to the Series. But hey, it's only a 2 game lead. It's not over yet. You pullin for the Astros, or Sox?
|
SOX!!!! but I hate how I live by Chicago and like every single program I watch is like Congratulations to the White Sox!!!!! like I watched the Bulls game the other night and heard like 8 times them saying congrats to the White Sox. So that pisses me off, but my grandpa died about 4 years ago and he was an avid White Sox fan and it bums me out he didn't get to see this......
|
Eh, it doesn't really matter. Either way it will be a cool story, seeing as the Sox haven't won since 1917, and the Astros have never even been to the World Series before.
I'd probably have to go with the Astros though, because I can't think of two active players who deserve a World Series more than Bagwell and Biggio. Zach: My grandpa was a huge Red Sox fan, but he died in 2001. He would have been ecstatic to see them win it. |

I hate it because now all of the sudden everyone I see is a Sox fan. Sox hats, shirts, window stickers, everything. None of that was around last year. Every store has "Go Sox" on their reader boards or in their windows. It's like now everyones a Sox fan and it's total bullshit. |
Ya I hate that so much that is retarded. That is just like music haha. Ya Brian I know how it feels, its a bummer.

Funniest thing I've ever read while reading a manga
"Hey! What do you think you're doing! That's my butt!" |
Hahahahahahahaha
Nothing's so lucid as the promise of dreams, but these pills we found just make me sleep.
There's nothing quite so pure as the written word my dear, so lets have ourselves a little poem. Until the will to speak loses urgency. Our animal indecency in print is so blase. Its about the bell tower, at the golden hour. Angel of the spires climbs here steel cage staircase spine, angle of desire. Ascend the wrought iron, one by one, wrung by wrung. Is it the rising roof line that makes me feel so swallowed whole, or the way my body barely pricks the sky, the same as a century's worth of virgin's blood that's passed through my longing veins, scheming to convince my aching mind that pleasure's got nothing on the miracle of need. Nothing's so purile as meter and rhyme when you can't see the ground from that ledge and this perch is so far, far from the nest. Gravity doesn't grant me the privilege of failure my bough never breaks I don't stumble into anything so I climb and I carve my initials in the bark with that feather I found but its all so contrived. My genes didn't bless me with the foresight of a sage but I know how this will end, in apologies and ink on the page. A slowly constructed crow quilled confession of my spirit to all of you, black waterproof ink scars the board, so hot-pressed, pristine and pure. A slowly constructed manifestation of "to tremble", as base as a bridge in a song and less like the poem that I promised you. Nothing's so lurid as haiku-detat on sidewalks in white outlined chalk, all I've got is this ink smeared lines. With our voices in harmony, the offering, of a crow quilled threnody.
CTtS has the craziest lyrics ever. |
If only CTTS could make good music to match the lyrics then they could be a good band!
