I can't find any sub par songs on the album. And there's only about 20 seconds of empty space on the whole album.

I think the those parts just add to the atmosphere that the album creates. When you listen to a Pink Floyd album it's not just a bunch of seperate song's put together, the albums each have their own mood/topic/theme/atmosphere, and I think the parts you are referring to just better create that effect.

My Classic rock station is decent, I only like to it on Psychedelic Sunday though. They play some CSN, NRPS, Cream, ELP on Sunday they stray away from the commercial stuff on Sunday even though most of it isn't pyschedelic.

A Day in the Life was the number one song on it last year.

Oh yeah, DSotM and Abbey Road are two of my favourite albums ever, way better than Fleetwood Mac.

I'm kinda disappointed with WZLX (Boston's classic rock station), and 94.5 (the hip-hop station) for that matter, so I stick to the college stations (88.9, I think, and some other station) and the trusty tape deck.

I thought I've mentioned that Abbey Road is my 2nd least favorite Post-65-Beatle's album with White Album in last. So that push's it back even more. Then if you consider that Rumours is one of my top 5 CR album's of all time it make's it easy for me to say that. But psh, I guess not every(any)one agree's.
