go for it
but its not okay to use these themes for shock value, you should actually be molesting kids if youre gonna sing about it |
go for it
but its not okay to use these themes for shock value, you should actually be molesting kids if youre gonna sing about it
alex you listen to Marylin Manson, someone who uses shock themes all the time, but here ill give u some links to my blog, check these out. Pleasure Fluids - Amateur Pornography this is some really good kinky PE, u can guess by the name what it is about http://ominousblackberries.blogspot.com/2011/02/pleasure-fluids-amateur-pornography.html River Magic - Spring Thaw Brings Fever this is about the green river killer, just two 8 minute songs, but uses some really good feedback techniques and the subject matter is pretty cool too http://ominousblackberries.blogspot.com/2011/02/river-magic-spring-thaw-brings-fever.html Contrepoison - Until Next Morning... since im reccing u shit, try out this sythpop by the dude in akitsa, you might dig it, its about the dark side of love, might sound cheesy, but this is already one of my favorite releases of this year http://ominousblackberries.blogspot.com/2011/02/contrepoison-until-next-morning-2011.html |
marilyn manson actually does all the stuff he talks about, hes into anal and overdosing on cocaine
will check out all of these , green river killer is aight |
yeah man, let me know what you think
|
im thinking about doing an extremely decadent synthpop project but its one of those things i probably wont actually do kinda like when you decide to write a book
|
i want you to know all the PE i do, so we can talk about it :(
I went and downloaded some of the stuff off your blog, actually i'll make it a point to listen to them soon, check out those Allegory Chapel Ltd. albums though
im thinking about doing an extremely decadent synthpop project but its one of those things i probably wont actually do kinda like when you decide to write a book
why not just listen to Cold Cave |
yeah man, i havent listened to that release yet, but i have listened to The Satanic Verses which was pretty damn good
|
maeror tri is ruling my life as of now.
|
Hypnotikum I was very good, certainly a group I felt I should check out more from
|
you guys is makin a mistake somethin turrible if you ignore me talking about how awesome umberto's call from the grave is
|
where did you mention that?
http://voxinsana.blogspot.com/2010/11/amnesia-hysteria-1988.html some decent enough New Beat/Acid House/EBM something something |
few pages back
|
to follow my formula:
listened to this album 'from the grave' by umberto today. it's like, idk synthy retro electronic music. it's made in homage to the 70s italian horror movie soundtracks made by goblin and stuff. really cool shit.
there |
sounds pretty epic
|
decent enough is never decent or enough
|
wrong
sounds good Anthony |
fallin in love with syths
|
I have to ask is your misspelling of synths intentional or are you missing a key or something
http://thedailyfader.blogspot.com/2010/06/absolute-body-control-st-1981.html I think it's about time you tried some minimal synth |
Bitchfork forgot I had already heard Robert Ashley through the Ohm: The Early Gurus of Electronic Music compilation
The Wolfman mostly blows, though |
I can see why it is of interest being one of the earliest examples of refined noise, and the title track is incredible but The Fox and The Wolfman Tape sound like some of the more mediocre Nurse With Wound tracks, and The Bottleman is just awful, seriously just honking a horn for 40 plus minutes over droning voices, weak dark ambient soundscapes ugh
well the horn doesn't come in until like the 20 minute mark but you know what I mean |
haz what's the name of the torrent place with all the audio stuff and vst's and everything?

fair enough
can't decide whether I like this Hong Chulki release or not. tossing up between sheer contempt and a sort of ironic appreciation |
