So whats the deal with everyone in Australia having a ten foot pole up thier ***? Or rather, 12 metres or whatever 10 foot equates to. I have a feeling its closer to 8 metres...
Im getting Axis and Allies: Pacific for my birthday, and my one friend is getting D-Day and Battle of the Bulge (lol bulge) off of Ebay, so now all of the axis and allies games are at my disposal. Strategy board gaming is becoming a serious hobby for me.
ATTN COB: Buy the new Sabaton album and play it as you play A&A.

Then you can be all like "Attero, Dominatus! Berlin Is Faaalling!! Denique, Intermeno! The Reich Has Faaalllen"! :thumb:

Hah, I just didn't bother going to school today and now I've had about 15 hours of sleep. Mehh, all my classes were gonna suck anyway.

Man, do I feel refreshed.

Neoteric 11-28-2006 11:27 AM
so i hear you are from scotland
Yup :)

I live in Erskine, which is a suburb near Glasgow.

Dead Star 11-28-2006 11:31 AM

Ah cool.

I've only heard of there because of the bridge.

Neoteric 11-28-2006 11:33 AM

Yeah, a lot of people only know my town cause the bridge -____-

Dead Star 11-28-2006 11:37 AM

Well it is pretty famous tbh.

I'm from Wishaw, which is next to Motherwell if you've ever heard of it.

Neoteric 11-28-2006 11:38 AM

I've heard of Motherwell but not Wishaw hmm...

Dead Star 11-28-2006 11:41 AM

You've only heard of Motherwell cos of the greatest football team on the earth amirite

Neoteric 11-28-2006 11:48 AM

Umm... yeah though I don't actually support a team.

Dead Star 11-28-2006 11:54 AM

Thats the way to go about things in Glasgow.

Or support a shitty local team like me :)

Neoteric 11-28-2006 11:56 AM

My family support Rangers but I'm not too bothered about sports in general.

chumpradio 11-28-2006 12:41 PM

I got my fake id in the mail today.
Tried it out at the local Spar and it worked, even though the woman did some little test to check it was real. No idea how it still worked. That is great.

I can see myself getting an alcohol problem in the next month...awesome.

bottlerocket 11-28-2006 12:43 PM

That's awesome. Enjoy that.

I'm only 18 but on Saturday I stopped in a bar in Boston. I was already trashed/stoned out of my head but I got served 5 shots.

I have no idea how it worked, since I look really young. I look no where near 21.

chumpradio 11-28-2006 12:45 PM

Here the legal age is 18, so it's a lot easier for me, seeing as I'm almost 17 now. The woman was just like "are you 21?", so I said "18...", and she asked for id, had a look at it, then gave it to me. That was so awesome, saves a lot of hassle for my mum as well seeing as normally she has to buy me my beer.

bottlerocket 11-28-2006 12:56 PM

Yeah...

Upperclassmen buy stuff for us, if we know them. It depends who it is and what you're buying, though. Beer is almost always cool but some refuse to buy anything other than beer because they think hard alcohol is too dangerous.

n00bs, it's college.

chumpradio 11-28-2006 12:57 PM

Yeah, we have a lot of mates who are 18 or over that will buy us stuff, but I always feel rude asking other people to buy my stuff for me.

And have you stopped playing bass Gav? Just noticed your name change. Sorry if it's been like that for ages.

bottlerocket 11-28-2006 01:00 PM

Nah, Alex changed it for me yesterday as a joke.

I didn't stop playing.; I can't play because of my wrist accident and how painful it is.

I'm hoping I can play again someday. :(

/crosses fingers

Neoteric 11-28-2006 01:29 PM

I've never been drunk.

bottlerocket 11-28-2006 01:31 PM

Neoteric 11-28-2006 01:33 PM

Anyway, yeah, Minor Threat :thumb:

bottlerocket 11-28-2006 02:22 PM

I have my ways.

GUILTY OF BEING WHITE

I always listen to Minor Threat while smoking.

Like I am, now, actually.

Neoteric 11-28-2006 02:28 PM

Hah, what would Ian MacKaye say?

bottlerocket 11-28-2006 02:29 PM
